  • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, we ship across the globe. International shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Transit times vary depending on location.
  • How can I track my order?
    • Once your order ships you will be sent tracking information via email. Tracking numbers can be entered here.
  • When will my order ship?
    • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • How long will my order take once it ships?
    • Standard ship times for domestic orders can be anywhere from 2-6 business day, depending on location. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    • Yes, we accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge. Returns or exchanges (free of defect/error) will be subject to a $10 charge (shipping both ways).  Please contact us at help@fan.supply should you want to process a return.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    • We can only accept and process cancelation requests on pending orders that have yet to ship. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, simply contact us with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund.
